1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 678bc ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 678bc website, its sub-domains, mobile web experience, and all services offered therein, including sports betting, live casino, online slots, crash games, and any promotional features made available from time to time.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet on 678bc, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety, and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 678bc platform.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 678bc platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. You must meet every condition listed below before registering an account or placing any wager:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 678bc does not accept registrations from individuals under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino activity is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether your use of 678bc is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must register using accurate personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee or contractor of 678bc or its affiliated entities.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual, organisation, or third party. Account sharing, syndicate betting schemes, and proxy registrations are strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 678bc platform. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or a different identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Registration Information

At the time of registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number (which will serve as your account identifier and primary contact method), a date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above, and a secure password of your choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 678bc will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC)

678bc may require identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. KYC documentation may include one or more of the following:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh.
• Proof of the mobile wallet or bank account used for deposits and withdrawal requests, to confirm that the payment method belongs to the registered account holder.
• Any additional documentation that 678bc, at its sole discretion, considers necessary to fulfil its obligations under applicable laws and its internal compliance requirements.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 678bc platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 678bc does not charge platform-side currency conversion fees. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options available to Bangladesh residents.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 678bc at the platform level, though individual payment processors may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt. 678bc reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large or frequent deposits.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless 678bc's support team has approved an alternative method in writing. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business hour during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours under normal circumstances. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal of the associated balance is permitted. Attempting to withdraw funds while a wagering requirement remains outstanding will result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus amount.
• 678bc reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting KYC documentation and source-of-funds evidence, before releasing funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

678bc offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses for existing members, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus amounts credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game types, game contribution percentages, minimum odds requirements (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period are specified in the individual promotion terms. Players must read and understand the full promotion terms before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture and account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering process. Bonuses may not be traded, sold, or transferred between accounts.
• 678bc reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or recalculate any bonus if it determines that the bonus was claimed in error, in bad faith, or in violation of these Terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the game and wagering conditions stated in the specific promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash, until the wagering requirement is met.
• 678bc may set maximum win caps on individual promotions. Where a maximum win cap applies, any winnings exceeding that cap will be removed from the account balance. The applicable cap will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.

6. Betting Rules

All sports betting and casino wagers placed on 678bc are subject to the specific game and market rules applicable to the event or product in question. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant rules.

Sports Betting

Bets placed on cricket matches, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are settled according to official results as reported by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, 678bc's decision, made in good faith and with reference to official sources, is final and binding.

Voided and Cancelled Bets

678bc reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances:

• The bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the published odds, including typographical errors, system errors, or data feed errors that resulted in odds that do not reflect the fair market price for the event.
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body before the bet can be settled according to its original terms.
• 678bc has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed using insider information, in collusion with another party, or as part of a scheme to defraud or manipulate the platform.

7. Responsible Gaming

678bc is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic. 678bc provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that all registered players may access at any time through the player account settings or by contacting support.

Available responsible gaming measures include deposit limit adjustments, session time reminders, temporary account time-outs, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and, once active, cannot be reversed for the duration selected by the player. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek independent advice from qualified support organisations.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 678bc platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, scrape data, or otherwise interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, probe for vulnerabilities, or otherwise interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the 678bc platform or any of its connected systems.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information in real time during a live game, or otherwise manipulate the result of any event or game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing any restriction placed on an existing account.
• Providing false, forged, or altered documents in connection with KYC verification, age verification, or any other compliance process conducted by 678bc.

678bc's determination that a prohibited activity has occurred is final. Players who dispute a decision relating to a prohibited activity finding must submit a formal complaint through the support channel within 30 days of the decision being communicated to them.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

678bc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any specific game, promotion, or product rules applicable to their account activity.
• 678bc has received a valid legal request, court order, or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority requiring the suspension or termination of the account.
• The player has requested voluntary self-exclusion or account closure through the responsible gaming tools or the support team.
• The account has been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 678bc will notify the player before applying any inactivity policy that affects the account balance.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to inactivity, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

678bc collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, how it is protected, and what rights you have in relation to your personal data.

678bc uses SSL encryption on all data transmissions. Player financial data, including bKash and Nagad transaction details, is never shared with third-party advertising networks or data brokers. 678bc retains player data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil its legal and compliance obligations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 678bc platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and software, is the intellectual property of 678bc or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 678bc's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 678bc shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, savings, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from or in connection with your use of the 678bc platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from platform downtime, game errors, data loss, payment processing delays, or any other technical failure outside 678bc's direct control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including but not limited to odds data, match statistics, game return-to-player (RTP) figures, or any promotional content.

13. Amendments to These Terms

678bc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 678bc will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players in advance, which may include a notification displayed upon login or a message sent to the player's registered contact details. The updated Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the platform.

Your continued use of 678bc following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
